*Bao Ji Wan (Pian) is made of 100% pure authentic Chinese herbs of highest qualities. Traditional preparation procedures are combined with modern pharmaceutical processes to extract the active ingredients from the herbs and to further concentrate them into pills or tablets. It is produced in the certified GMP facilities of Shanghai TongHanChun Herbs Factory (Guang Ci Tang) or Lanzhou Foci Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (Plum Flower) and is imported to USA in accordance with the FDA guidelines.
It contains no pharmaceuticals, no artificial colors, and no sugar. Heavy metals are within or well beyond the standards set by US Pharmacopeia. Additionally, Plum Flower only uses its own brand unsulfured herbs for production.
• Dosage:
One top Chinese herbs brand:
Guang Ci Tang: 40 grams in 400 mg 100 tablets or 200 mg 200 pills per bottle,
Plum Flower: 14 grams in 460 mg 30 veggie capsules per bottle.
For Guang Ci Tang, take 5 to 7 pills or 3 to 5 tablets as needed.
For Plum Flower, take 2 to 3 capsules 3 times as needed.
For children the dose should be reduced to half or 1/3.
Bao Ji Wan (Pian)/Curing Pills/Po Chai Pills do not need to be taken daily. Use it as needed. For example, use it half a hour before taking a trip to prevent motion sickness or use it whenever one feels the onset of stomach discomfort or hangover.

Bao Ji Wan (Pian) is closely related to Huo Xiang Zheng Qi for gastrointestinal discomforts. Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan is more suitable for those related to heat and humidity whereas Bao Ji Wan (Pian) is more for those caused by food intake and motion sickness.
• Side Effects:
Bao Ji Wan (Pian) has been safely used with few adverse effects when it is used as directed.

1. Avoid oily (like french fries), chilly, and hard to be digested food for best results.
